ABOUT ME

Research Summary

Research Topics:

Antibody Design; Viral evolution; Deep learning; Language Model; Protein Function

Passionate about the integration of biological and computational sciences in the healthcare industry. Interdisciplinary research experience in diverse fields (immunology, virology, structural biology and computational biology).

I am particularly interested in exploring the intricate relationship between biological sequences, structures, and functions. Antibodies, as a crucial subtype of proteins, play a pivotal role in various life science fields, including immunology, fundamental research, and therapeutic applications. My research focuses on developing cutting-edge, sequence-based deep learning models for predicting antibody functionality and investigating viral evolution. My long-term goal is to decode DNA to understand life more comprehensively by leveraging AI. Beyond my scientific endeavors, I am passionate about painting, design, and the arts, especially those connected to life sciences.
